SHCET owns 3 buildings which have a total area of around 150,000 square meters. Our facilities are staffed by over 150 team members. In our factory we employ a 300 ton die-casting machine, 400 ton die-casting machine, and post processing devices used to produce high quality LED housings like our drill device, tapping machine, and polishing machine.
SHCET operates an aluminum die-casting workshop and driver production workshop.
The aluminum die-casting workshop is mainly responsible for the production of LED housings. Since SHCET produces its own housings, the light quality and delivery time are more consistent.
The driver production workshop mainly produces the drivers used in our lights, thus the quality of LED light can be guaranteed.
The design and development of the mold drawings are completed by a team of talented engineers. The mold design of SHCET is developed according to market requirements.
Ceiling light fixtures assembly line: SHCET has an assembly line specifically for ceiling light fixtures. Every worker will complete a certain procedure, thus the production speed is fast and the light homogeneity is high.
Flood Lights, post top fixture and high bay LED lighting or low bay LED lighting assembly line: Every worker will complete a specific procedure, thus the production speed is fast and the light homogeneity is good.
First: The first sample will be tested before the order is put into full-scale production. 5-10 samples will be tested according to 5 photoelectric parameters like power, lamp flux, color temperature, power factor and color rendering index after the integrating sphere test. And the high-low temperature chamber will test the product’s thermal endurance. If the light source and LED driver do not match well or the raw materials display a quality problem, they will be removed and tested and workers will attempt to find the problem.
Second: After full-scale production is underway, all products will undergo high-low voltage testing and aging testing. The tests take around 3 hours, the high voltage is 277V, low voltage is 85V and the low voltage and high voltage test alternately. If the spare parts have problems, the LED light will stop working in the aging testing process.
Third: SHCET will conduct sample testing on finished products of each specification. The sample test will carried out regarding to the 5 photoelectric parameters like power, lamp flux, color temperature, power factor and color rendering index after the integrating sphere test. Finally, they will go through the high-low temperature chamber test to test thermal endurance.
SHCET can complete OEM design according to requirements of the customer.
SHCET will load the LED lighting products into the shipping container at the factory to prevent damage caused by improper handling.
